About DeenSense Private Backups

DeenSense Private Backups is an owner-operated backup tool for the private DeenSense test environment. It is not a public file-storage service or a sign-in option for learners.

What it does

The tool encrypts approved DeenSense recovery archives before uploading them to an existing private folder selected by the owner in Google Drive. It downloads the encrypted archive independently to check that recovery works and retains verification records.

It requests only Google’s drive.file permission: access to files it creates and items the owner explicitly selects for it. It does not request access to the entire Drive, Gmail, contacts or calendars.

Private operation

Routine backup and recovery tasks run on the designated DeenSense servers. The owner authorises the Google connection once through a private administration session. This information site contains no backup files, account credentials, application sign-in or Google authorisation flow.
